Spring Soccer

I can't believe I haven't done a post on Will's spring soccer!!! He played on the Bobcats this season and they were undefeated!!!! In fact, they only had one goal scored on them the entire season and that was in the last game. I don't even count that game because only 3 of the players on Will's team showed up and some players from the other team had to play on his team and there were 3 colors of jerseys on the field which pretty much equals mass confusion for the bunch of clover-picking, cartwheel turning soccer players anyway......

We lucked out big time and got the same husband and wife coaches he had in the fall. They both played soccer in college (I think) and are wonderful with children. They are able to teach them about the game and practice actual skills all while keeping the children engaged in a low-pressure environment.

There was a little girl named Avery on Will's team. It was funny to hear those 2 names said together every Saturday in a different context!!  And my Avery spent every Saturday morning being super confused!!
