Stella has a baby

For a 10.5 year old pug, Stella still has a ton of spunk.  And obviously since the kids came into the picture 9+ years ago, the pugs have taken a back seat. Especially in blog land.

Stella, as crazy as she is, is still such a sweet girl. Almost every single night she joins us in Avery’s bedroom right at “prayers time” and sits right in the middle of us as we say nighttime prayers. We never call for her or anything….she just shows up. We call her our “prayer doggie”.

She also has a baby pug that she adores. She has always loved stuffed animal type toys but she has taken a special shine to this “baby”. We can tell her to go get her baby and she runs and gets it. She brings it to bed almost every night and most nights she gets it before she goes out for her night time potty and takes it with her. And pees with it in her mouth! 

Here she is waiting to get back inside one night at bed time!
